Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas stated that some unspecified countries, presumably NATO member states, have already sent personnel to train Ukrainian soldiers "on the ground."

For the record , that is not a case in any way , no NATO personnel is to set foot on Ukraine under these conditions BUT i personally insist on Training and maintenance and AA defense equipment to the polish Ukrainian borders.
