Prespa Treaty is the closest thing to a life raft Skopje currently has. They need this more than Greece Does.

 I hardly believe Athens , Greece will play the populist card locally , Isolation is preferable , Should they want to be nothing more than a half hour trip to Belgrade and move on their choice and their problem.

Stability in the region is An American and a European Concern.
