US Forces are mobile , number is invariant but it could increase dramatically should the first Iranian Wave as soon as possible that would also increase sky high the possibility of direct warfare between Iran and the USA.

 Considering how Iran copes with Israel last 6 months the score is not good thus the score may temporarily get even but Iran will join the side of the losers in this conflict losing the long arms mainly in the near east.
