Israel needs at least 80 kms demilitarized zone from the golan heights , the permission to install guards in southern lebanon syrian borders and over flights over southern Syria maybe , mainly Damascus.

 And allowance to engage and destroy as necessity arises.

Should the Christian and Druze Factions and moderate islamic shiite / sunni ones all over Lebanon agree then Israel has to take over defense of Lebanon and re train the Lebanese Army until they are capable to defend their country.

Assurances to Turkiye have to be provided that this proximity does not interfere with Turkish Interests , Turkiye is as well a US ally and partner in this war of terror.
