To my knowledge any incursion beyond the golan from the part of Israel may inherent a problem well pursued and adopted by these interests...Care is necessary.

 Should there be a valid government accepting help from the centers mentioned they will have to receive in appropriate the zone demilitarized from the golan heights , abstain from golan , and perceive assistance and good relations with Israel.

Israel will always be on the side of this Syrian Republic should this Damascus accept.
