Best Case Moscow may sell them indirectly to Peking to make sure they wont copy and paste or follow western designs.

That means hardly any gain since Peking will have to guarantee the integrity of this russian empire , long term i still see Russia losing Eastern Siberia for Starters...

If things get with this mind fucked running kremlin who ever is still with senses and sanity will be begging Brussels for a cup of water.
