No Offense to your family or anyone having kids for him or her as mom and da to look after , not including safety layers like the financial or political / spiritual well known status , unfortunately not all families are supposedly like yours , people are dying alone and found rotting like after a week , people are dying on some street and decay only to become prey their remains to human hyenas after the last cent or stray dogs literally looking for flesh.

I believe it becomes necessary a rather interesting idea , depending on the condition and as soon as the elder(s) agree as long as they can support themselves and do not want or can't be in some geriatric clinic chronobore and centbore , since the internet is literally everywhere and a cell phone or a smart phone is available to provide an OK status of sorts to the medical authorities , if not depending on their needs what the doctor will subscribe as medical treatment , should they not report re evaluation or this god forbid thing.

1 per month , 2 times per month , once a week , every 2 days and so on.

At least some ambulance to collect the guy before someone gets the house if not the state...
