About Piracy as a...symptom

As a human trait , even with the best of intentions , Capitalism cannot understand nor accept piracy because capitalism is not a philosophy while piracy is closer to a philosophical symptom — Capitalism is a survival / prosperity mechanism a tool to where beaurocrat communism failed and state level socialism keeps itself afloat covering immediate natural needs (food , heat , water , encourage progress through competition) while piracy chaotically seeks in Internet Protocol blind perhaps how to explore the potentials of the digital world built on a network once meant to keep communications intact even after a Nuclear War as this digital world influences the real world / lifeworld we all still perceive and inevitably challenges and unwillingly centuries old capitalist financial concepts for the sake of intellectual progress / prosperity rather than basic human instincts like sexual propagation or keep the belly full.

That clearly apart from marginalized sects perhaps renders parties like the Democratic Party a rather light capitalist movement counting more on mainstream media unable (yet) to reach a deal between the big Hollywood studios , the gaming studios and how to handle piracy as a win / win process , where the Republican party is counting more on religious values and raw application of capitalist concepts as they are running to update online with inherent indifference on piracy as a clear copyright infringement harming business as done last 50+ years , again a late capitalist paradigm unwilling or unable to provide a shift to itself.
That may further explain why the Democratic values never gained roots in the old world despite the pro democratic regimes , while the republican party’s elected officials are seen more openly with suspicion and even “cultural” hostility.

But hid this warning : Should Piracy be adopted as an ideological weapon not as a symptom not easily diagnosed as a problem or a prospect by these European Elites , the potential global scope as philosophical entropy ends there and those cherishing capitalism for better or worse will have to view it as a hostile view in order to protect their own well being.
That concludes that if piracy is framed as anything , then the natural symptom of freedom is institutionalized thus the symptom called ‘piracy’ ends.
No need for copyright infringement accusations even.
That also means that there is no real pirate party but points to the potential fact of a capitalist / intellectual mainly anglophone elite unable or unwilling or indifferent to adopt in new times as they arise and through open source software and more openly , in the name of stability , law and ethics , using untold means of enforcing behaviors and direction , turning technocracy and Nazism or Stalinism to reformed religions for the sake of “The way you life my life your kind of death my way of life” exposing to this victim’s eye a family – oligarch regime of things that rot the only saviour to their failed totalitarianism jesus christ after all and that because hell does not care about malformed capitalism or communism and surely has no air conditioning or so I hear.
In a failed “Greek” world after 2001 and 2011 from Athens to La and from Moscow to Beijing and Medina that bankrupt all these elites are thinking about is their own survival and well being hence a cross national cross ideological conspiracy of silence to devour conscience , feast on creativity in the making , limit whatever is called joy or reward euphoria , and clarity in a brain occupied by noise can be a miracle and now...They believe in the almighty or in the holy ghost and BOOOOO!

That further simplifies the model of oligarch led “euro” cracy with the common folk leaving state affairs to “those meant to be” giving democracy a bad name as much as mobocracy is and thanks to the millions of legal or illegal immigrants who do not care or can’t wait to preach their version of god to the secular lost in space and time masses. And “round it goes” while despite the so many faults they deny America what was meant to be : The Last Great Experiment of the Western Civilization in all modernity for all to witness while these Europeans even though so kindred , all they care about is their fancy lives no matter what , recalling with nostalgia ancient gods while laughing at the Hebrew God or simply hunting the jews in every manner they can  cheating on their people more or less as they do to their legal wives before surrendering their soul to this lord of darkness of their choice while a Christian priest gaywise is throwing the last nail on that coffin…And yes(!) what a leader and a good man he was!
And yet I have to ask : What digital piracy has to do with this and these elitist schemes? And yes my fellow European elitist citizens! U you are the ones giving piracy a bad name! ·  These Europeans , Sir , fear piracy not because of copyright or copyright infringement , but because it represents uncontrolled freedom they have not reckoned since 1789 french revolution and even the soviet 1917 thinking in their leisure that 1776 is far from their shores of common perceived reality and feudal interests.
More pancake to the masses said the queen of Europe before the fall! That is not piracy but the illusion of freedom , a European Pirate party meant to be someone’s anyone’s pherephone but the speak of mind of the people or fully understand piracy as a symptom!

Nevertheless , I have to repeat myself : piracy is not rebellion; it is a structural consequence of the medium as seen by these circles , the Chaotic International Network.
I Guess , in all patriotism , DARPA would never provide the keys to that problem of theirs back in the Mutual Assured Destruction real Cold War Days to these small time dictatorisques , legacy & “new” parasocial media princes and gossip gods and goddesses in the old world.

•             Creates a virtual world immitating the life world where ideas or visions copying or moving data is effortless for that reason thus approaching as a medium as a misquided concept unless creating virtual state level or big corporations central hubs which again is against the very idea of the internet as a decentralized network unless be viewed as some kind of approaching capitalism in the 21st century and again how the information is to be intercepted and manipulated by these circles.

•                   Challengesas , an event itself , centuries-old economic assumptions , by being here does not mean it is the enemy but that does not mean as a human being a pirate is to be taken advantage of since basic human rights can also be undermined for the sake of controlling a human being by these intellectual or political / financial circles in the name of a capitalism or ideology they never cared about compare to their feudal / shogunate / junta banana Latina land “Greco Nipponese” elitist Russian Dubai(ah) lifestyle! 

Thus, piracy is not a rebellion—it is a structural consequence of the internet and man becomes the target because they can not fully control or kill the DARPA project that gave rise and to piracy over 50 years ago.

These Authoritarian Elites pretending democracy or popularism by applying surreal or direct fear tactics target people because they cannot or legally should not target an ever interconnected system as the international network is.
The Latest Islamic Republic of Iran example is the most concurrent to this supporting the presumption on how they cut off over 100 million people , they did not only punish freedom of speech but gave one more recital of ruling like it or not a power model exported and to same minded in global south , Europe , china , Russia and even in the Anglosphere , USA.

For better or worse , piracy concurrently reveals the philosophical limits of capitalism in a digital world but would also affect Soviet Theories to the core , the cracks or inabilities of certain leading circles in the developed world to act without causing a Soviet Like Implosion condemning over 1 billion people in the Anglosphere , the old World and even an ever waiting Red China to impose their version of subdued to Soviet Chinese Patriotism mainly USA Capitalism , a nostalgic imperial Russia looking for a pay back , a rebellious Nuclear North Korea , Cartels of all kinds seeking to expand through immigration / interbreeding compromising values good or bad not considering global south BRIC+? Asymmetric opportunism as expressed through what is called ‘Terror’ online or offline to further take advantage of system instabilities or tranquil / darknet(?) decentralized progress.
